Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t add you to any mailing list unless you separately opt in through the newsletter signup.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) so we can send you new articles as we publish them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — things like which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, roughly where visitors are located, and what device or browser they’re using. Google Analytics does this using cookies (see below) and does not collect your name or email address through this process. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 6 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children’s Privacy
Business Depth is intended for a professional, adult audience and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
